Daily help and staff attendance at the gate
Daily help come and go several times a week. GateBell registers each person once, with a photo and a permanent entry code, and records every arrival and departure at the gate.
What you get
Register once
Name, phone, photo and category: maid, cook, driver, nanny, cleaner, gardener or other. Each person gets a unique, permanent 6-digit entry code.
Works across flats
One person can work in several flats. Residents link a helper to their flat with the helper's code, and can unlink at any time.
Marked in and out at the gate
The guard enters the code or picks the person from the list. IN becomes OUT on the next scan.
Arrival alerts, your choice
Residents can get a notification when their helper arrives or leaves, and switch it off per helper.
Attendance history
Check-in and check-out times for every helper, and a live "inside now" list for the guard and the committee.
Clean offboarding
The committee can deactivate a person who has left. Old photos and phone numbers are removed automatically (see below).

Each flat that employs them links the helper, so alerts go to the right homes.

Guard marks the entry
At the gate, the code or a tap on the name marks IN. Leaving marks OUT.

Residents see it
Arrival and departure show on the resident's phone and in the attendance history.
Good to know
- GateBell records attendance at the gate. It does not manage salaries or leave.
- Retention: attendance rows are deleted 24 months after check-in. Twelve months after a helper is deactivated, their photo is deleted, their name becomes "Former staff" and the phone number is removed.
Frequently asked questions
What if a helper forgets the code?
The guard can pick the person from the list instead of typing the code.
Can I stop arrival alerts for a helper?
Yes. Each flat can switch notifications on or off per helper.
Does GateBell calculate salary?
No. It records when helpers enter and leave. Salary stays between you and your helper.
