Your society office gives you a one-time code, or you ask to join in the app and the committee approves you.

Do I need the app if my society already uses GateBell?
Yes. The app is how visitor calls ring on your phone, and how you pay dues and read notices.
I forgot my PIN. What now?
Ask your society office for a new one-time code. They can issue it from the admin portal, and you then choose a new PIN.
Does it work on iPhone?
Not yet. GateBell is an Android app today. An iPhone app is planned.
Is the app in Hindi?
Yes. The app is available in English and Hindi.
