We set up your society
Write to us for a demo. We create your society with its gates and a first admin.

Import your flats
Upload a CSV file of flats, with flat type, area and occupancy if you charge by them.

Invite guards and committee
Share one-time activation codes on WhatsApp or print slips. Each person then chooses a 6-digit PIN.

Residents join
Residents are invited by the committee or ask to join, and the committee approves them.

Who needs to install what?
Guards and residents use the Android app. Committee members can use the app, the web portal at admin.gatebell.in, or both.
Can we try it before we decide?
Yes. Ask us for a demo, or install the Android test build from the download page and try it with a few people first.
How is it priced?
Per flat, billed to the society. There is no public price list yet. See the pricing page and talk to us for a quote.
Can we switch parts off?
Yes. Modules such as billing or the directory can be switched on or off for your society. Visitor ringing is the core and stays on.
