For guards
GateBell for security guards
The gate is busy. The guard app is built to be used in a few taps, with big buttons, clear colours and Hindi screens.
Why it helps
Four big tiles
New visitor, Passcode or QR, Daily help and Inside now. The home screen is simple on purpose.
Almost no typing
Take the photo, tap a company chip such as Zomato, Swiggy or Amazon, and pick the flat from block chips and a number grid.
Clear colours
Amber while ringing with a live countdown, green when approved, red when rejected, blue for leave at gate, grey for no answer.
When nobody answers
Ring again, call the resident, or decide with a written note so there is always a record.
Passes in seconds
Type the 6-digit code or scan the QR. The app shows the flat and visitor and tells you if a pass is expired or used.
Daily help at the gate
Mark a helper in or out with their code or by tapping the name.
Vehicle lookup, notices, emergency numbers
Search a vehicle by number, read the committee's notices and find emergency contacts, all in the app.
A gate device mode
A phone kept at the gate can be locked to Guard mode, so it never shows anything else.
A visitor at the gate, in four taps
- 1
Photo
Take the visitor's photo. It uploads in the background.
- 2
Who and from where
Tap the company or category, and enter the name.
- 3
Which flat
Pick the block, then the flat number.
- 4
Ring
The resident's phones ring and the guard's screen shows the answer live.
Features you will use
