Expecting a guest, a plumber or a delivery? Create a pass in a few taps and send it on WhatsApp. At the gate the guard enters the code or scans the QR, and the visitor walks in without anyone's phone ringing.
What you get
Create a pass in seconds
Visitor name, category, valid from and until (up to 7 days) and how many times it can be used (1 to 50).
Share on WhatsApp
The pass goes out as a 6-digit code and a QR image through your phone's normal share sheet. Your guest does not need the app.
Guard verifies by code or QR
The guard types the 6 digits or scans the QR. GateBell shows the flat and visitor, and the guard admits them.
One-time or repeat use
A single-use pass for a courier, or several uses for a visiting relative or a regular service person.
Expires by itself
Passes stop working after their end time. You can also cancel a pass at any moment.
Guess-proof
Too many wrong codes in a short time temporarily blocks that guard's attempts, so codes cannot be guessed by trial.
How it works

Resident creates the pass
Choose the visitor, the validity window and the number of uses.

Share the code or QR
Send it on WhatsApp or tell the guest the 6 digits.
- Step 3
Guard checks it at the gate
Enter the code or scan the QR. Expired, used or invalid passes are refused with a clear reason.
- Step 4
Resident is told
When the visitor is admitted, the resident gets a notification.
Good to know
- Checking a pass does not use it up. It is used only when the guard admits the visitor.
- Pass details are visible only to the residents of that flat and the society's guards and committee.
Frequently asked questions
What if my guest loses the code?
Open the pass in the app and share it again. If you are worried, cancel it and create a new one.
Can a pass be used again and again?
Only as many times as you set when creating it, and only until it expires.
Does my guest need to install anything?
No. They only need the code or QR image you send.
